Proud Supporters of Education in ManufacturingThe St. Cloud Technical College (SCTC) has recognized Kendeco for our support of their manufacturing programs. Kendeco is very fortunate to be located near an educational facility that offers an exceptional manufacturing program with state-of-the-art equipment in the areas of electronics/instrumentation, machine tool technology, mechanical design technology and welding/fabrication . Our strong relationship with the college enables Kendeco employees, including our Sales Engineers, the opportunity to attend technical training sessions at SCTC. It also allows us to support the program by providing cutting tools, abrasives and safety supplies for some of their classes. SCTC is one of seven two-year colleges that are part of the 360° Manufacturing and Applied Engineering Center of Excellence. One of the exciting new developments in the manufacturing area is the introduction of micromachining or Swiss machine technology. Funded in part by 360°, SCTC purchased two machines for the Machine Technology program and they incorporate this technology in regular daytime offerings. Frustrated with Your BladesKendeco and the Arntz Company have partnered to bring a new level of bandsawing and circular sawing quality to our customers. Arntz Company is a family owned, seventh generation German company that has selected Kendeco to introduce a complete line of metal cutting bandsaw blades and circular saw blades in our marketplace. The over 200 year old Arntz Company has invested millions of dollars in new technology to bring you bandsaw and circular saw blades that are manufactured to tighter tolerances than any other manufacturer. Arntz has patented the machinery used to make the blades so it is impossible for any other blade company to duplicate their blade performance. They have spent a considerable amount of time developing a full line of quality products to serve all your metal cutting needs and are designed especially for your application. Plus, Arntz color codes their blades for ease of ordering. Contact your Kendeco Sales Engineer for more information.
